This kitchen knife is based of the traditional and well loved Japanese Santoku style! A perfect all rounder in the kitchen!

The scales are stabilised rippled Ash which is absolutely stunning, set of by some ivory G10 liners for that touch of detail!

the steel is AEB-L stainless steel so the blade will be easy to care for when at work in the kitchen! At 2mm stock the blade is super nimble and slicy!

Being a wood handle care will have to be taken when in use as being a natural material wood is constantly adjusting to the atmospheric conditions it is in, which can lead to swelling and shrinking as it adjusts. Keeping it dry and regularly oiled will help prevent this. Not dishwasher safe!
