Placing an Order
Accepted payment methods
We use PayPal, Stripe and Apple Pay to process payments. You as the customer can select your preferred payment method during the checkout process.
Knife Orders
Knives can only be sold to people who are 18 or over. For every knife order we must request proof of age before we ship. Once your order has been placed please email us a photo or copy of some form of identification. This could be in the form of a photo or scanned copy of a driving license, passport or firearms licence. Please make sure the photo/copy is in focus and clearly states your name and date of birth. If we do not receive this we will email you requesting it and until it’s received we will be unable to ship your order.
Custom orders
We take a 15% non-refundable deposit before we start making your order. This deposit will only be taken once the exact specifications of your order have been confirmed.
Shipping
We endeavour to ship all in stock products within 3 days of receipt of your order. However please allow up to two weeks for delivery. We ship all products either via Royal Mail First Class Signed For or Royal Mail Special Delivery.
For larger orders, such as log baskets, we may also use Parcel Force 48 Hour Tracked.
For custom orders, please ask us for a delivery time frame, if needed, as this can vary greatly depending on the order. Once your order is shipped we will email you with the tracking information.
International Orders
We can ship internationally, however, for knife orders please check your countries/local laws to make sure you’re adhering to your countries knife laws. Any import duties, taxes or other additional charges incurred when ordering internationally are solely the responsibility of the buyer.
Returns and Refunds
You have the right to return faulty goods for a full refund, including postage, within 14 days of placing your order. If there is a problem, please let us know, as soon as possible, so we can work with you to rectify the issue.
Notification of return of goods must be made by phone or email within 14 days of receipt of goods.
All goods must be returned in an unused condition, well packaged and sent using an insured trackable postage method with a copy of the relevant receipt. Return postage will only be refunded if there is a fault with the product.
Privacy Policy
We value our customers privacy and will not pass on their information, unless we have their permission to do so.
Our website uses cookies as part of its structure and by using our website you accept their use. We do not use tracking cookies or any cookies that capture visitor information apart for statistical data called analytics – this data helps us to understand how many visitors we receive, their country, computer operating system and device type.
Our third party payment providers, PayPal, Stripe and Apple Pay keep your details as part of the payment process. As such, we have no control over that information, as that is part of your relationship with them for payment processing only.
When placing an order, your details will be kept within the websites Commerce area. You may be asked to create an account with us. This information allows us to process and ship you order, as well as issue refunds, where necessary.

Please note that we will only contact you about your order with us. However, if you submit your details using our newsletter sign up form, or ask us to add you to our mailing list, we will contact you, from time to time, about news and updates. You can unsubscribe from this list at any time.
