Njörd 105 with Stabilised black Maple Burl scales and AEB-L stainless steel

£438.00

After requests for a smaller bladed version of my full size Njörd 200 I’ve now added this the Njörd 105 to my list of standard designs.

The Njörd was based off the Scandinavian Leuku, which is a traditional outdoor/hunting utility knife that originates from Lapland, Scandinavia. The large handle is ideal for those environments where you may have thick gloves or mittens on so a large handle to get purchase on is ideal. This is scaled down from my original Njörd 200 to excel as an all round outdoor utility knife.

The steel on this one is AEB-L stainless steel.

Handled in stabilised dyed Maple Burl with red G10 liners.

The large contoured handle also helps with making sure the knife is locked into your hand no matter what.

The grind is a full flat grind with secondary bevel and a stonewash finish on the blade.

Comes with a right hand leather sheath. Left hand sheaths available.

Steel type: AEB-L Stainless steel

Grind: flat grind with secondary bevel

Handle material: Stabilised dyed Maple bur

Hardness: 62

Blade thickness: 4mm

Blade length: 105mm

Handle thickness: 25mm at but and 20mm at front

Handle length: 120mm

Overall length: 230mm
